Callum was great, he ensured that we knew everything during the purchase, and his handover left nothing out, perfect. He even delivered it to the front of the showroom as I didn't want to reverse it out.

We took our Mini in for an MOT on a Saturday so were seen at the BMW section. Marcel who dealt with us was outstanding. We couldn't believe it when we found out that he is still on an apprenticeship. What an asset to your business! The MOT was fast

Delay in production of car & delay on day of collection. Did not realise Mini Finance would need access to my credit history & it is locked, had I been told in advance I could have been prepared
