Issue with the tyre being cracked which I was not told about until the video I was sent 3 days later. I therefore had to go and have the tyre changed urgently before a long journey the next day. It would've been helpful to know at the time.

I was quoted 1.5hrs for my MOT and that's how long it took. I got a comfy seat and drink whilst I waited. I even got a complimentary wash and vacuum if the car. The short video of part of the car assessment is a nice touch.

The car was supposed to be looked at on Wednesday and was only looked at on Thursday. After the delivery the car was only available the following Monday. I was also quoted for a wheel replacement which wasn't actually necessary. 2 stars awarded
